Borage
This versatile plant has many uses. The light purple/blue flowers are edible, the leaves can be used in classic German soups or in the English cocktail "Pimm's" for it's cucumber-like taste. Medicinally, this plant has high levels of gamma-linoleic acid, beneficial for hormonal disorders and inflammatory conditions. It also is a great companion plant to tomatoes and strawberries, helping their growth. Reseeds easily. Space 12-18" apart. 60 days.

White Sweet Alyssum
Super fragrant beneficial which is low growing and can be used as groundcover among larger plants or in containers and hanging baskets. We used this under our eggplant. They not only attact people and bees with their fragrant honey-scent, but also hoverflies whose larvae eat aphids. Flowers are edible with a sweet and peppery flavor similar to kale. Space 7-10" apart as they will spread and bloom all the way through the fall. Tolerant of poor soil and likes full sun. (we may substitute with a peach colored variety "summer peaches")

Jasmine Scented Nicotiana
