Chinese Long Beans (Pole)
Unique and essential in Asian cooking. These stringless long beans are usually cut in 2" segments and stir fried, steamed or added to soups and stews. Can be used in place of string beans. Best harvested at 15-18" long. Like many pole beans, this thrives in heat but this variety is tolerant of cooler temperatures. Plant 2-3" apart and trellis. 70 days.
