PLANTS

Vegetable and herb seedlings will be available at market only  This year we'll have 27 varieties of tomatoes, many tasty heirlooms, unusual and disease-resistant varieties.  Also available will be cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, husk cherries, pole beans, edible flowers, greens, unusual herbs and many many more.

All plants are biodynamically, organically, and sustainably grown.  We consider this sustainable because there were no plastics used during the process  (find out how seedlings are grown) and Cowpots, a highly biodegradable pot made from cow manure from Connecticut dairy farmers, becomes the plants' final home before going into the ground.  Most importantly, your plants, starting from seed, are grown with "nutrient dense" techniques which create a plant that is stronger, healthier, disease and pest resistant and more productive.
